This swim covers one of the most stunning stretches of the River Thames and has become one of open water swimming’s most prestigious marathon swims.

The Thames Marathon swim is approximately 13km and is split into 4 sections. Swimmers will be required to exit the water at the 3 locks (Hambleden, Hurley and Temple).

There is also a 9km option and a 5.5km option.

Drinks and energy snacks will be available for all swimmers at the locks, home to our famous feed stations!

This award winning event has consistently received Gold Racecheck Awards when rated by participants.
