This 90 minute lesson is designed for those swimmers who maybe fairly new to swimming in open water and have their first event planned or a triathlon.   Or you maybe wanting to refresh your water skills for the upcoming season.
The session will cover some of the main open water skills you may need to call on for your swim event or triathlon.

Participants must be able to swim at least 1000m plus steady front crawl and confident in open water. You should be able to swim this distance without stopping or tiring. If you are unable to swim this distance comfortably then this lesson will not be suitable.

*SWIMMING WETSUITS ARE COMPULSORY*
