Marlow Meditation and Gong Bath

I’m really happy to share that I’ll be holding a Gong Bath and Guided Visualisation Meditation at Marlow Youth Centre on Sunday 8th February 2026.

I’m excited to be back n my home town again. We’ll start with a gentle guided visualisation to help you settle, followed by a relaxing gong bath where you can simply lie back, unwind and let the sound wash over you. No experience is needed at all. And nothing is required except for laying back and receiving.

Time: 🕰️ Starts at 7:15pm

Please arrive 10 minutes before to settle in (but not earlier than 15 minutes before, as I’ll be setting up).

What to bring:

🧘‍♂️ A yoga mat or something to lie on, a blanket,

💧 water bottles

⭐️anything else that will keep you cozy or comfortable pillows etc
