This program is partly funded by The Regional Municipality of York.About this EventOnly open to York Region residents.Timeslot tickets every 30 min. 4PM, 4:30PM, 5PM, 5:30PMEvery year, thousands of bikes are thrown away in landfills. Some of these bikes are in repairable and reusable condition and can be recovered for community benefit. Others can be stripped for usable parts and repair materials. Despite their remaining utility, these bikes typically end up as scrap metal.Throughout the summer, we will host a series of bike rescue clinics where volunteer can learn bike repair and refurbishment.
