She currently serves as Manager of Engineering Intern Programs within PEO’s External Relations department.Prior to joining PEO, Tracey spent nine years at Hatch Ltd., working as a piping engineer on large-scale mining projects, specializing in EPCM execution and hydrometallurgical process plants. She later transitioned into management consulting, supporting financial analysis and due diligence initiatives.At PEO, Tracey provides guidance to engineering graduates and students on their pathway to licensure, collaborating with employers, universities, and industry stakeholders.
