We Remember - East Carlton Park

We Remember is a heartfelt in-memory installation set within the beautiful 102-acre East Carlton Park.

You’re warmly invited to honour someone special by dedicating their name or a treasured memory. Open to everyone, whether or not your loved one received care from Cransley Hospice.

Join us for a gentle, uplifting hour to remember and celebrate those we hold dear. In a warm and welcoming setting, you’ll be invited to reflect on your loved one’s plaque, with music and shared memories.
