We're thrilled to introduce Echo, who's joining the Active Mums Club Army to lead a walk in Little Bowden!

? Walks are delivered fortnightly -

Join Echo for a relaxed walk from Little Bowden rec followed by a friendly coffee catch-up (or your drink of choice ?). It's a great way to get moving, meet other mums, and enjoy some well-deserved social time.

? Meet Echo

"Hi, I'm Echo, first time mum to Lottie! I'm super passionate about fitness and was a CrossFit junkie prior to having Lottie. I'm now finding a new normal and ways of exercising with a baby, of which walking plays a big part of staying sane! I'm also working towards my personal training qualification and hope to specialise in pre and post natal fitness alongside my day job as a data analyst. 
I'd love to encourage others to get some movement and fresh air as I have found it a massive help in my journey into motherhood."
