Pilates and Lattes

Pilates and Lattes is coming to the weekend!

My popular Thursday class is coming to Saturday 29th November with a lovely extended practice (so think more stretches and a deeper relaxation).

It’s suitable for everyBODY and we are going for a lovely coffee and maybe a lemon and stem ginger scone afterwards at The Buttercross.

The coffee afterwards is optional but it’s always nice to have a natter afterwards.
