The Winter War '25 Foam Fighting Extravaganza!

A visit to Winter War is a step into the surreal. Stand with Knights, Shield Maidens, Orcs, Goblins, Elves, and fantastic warrior creatures of all shapes and creeds. Fight until the sun fades and socialize until the moon sets! Battle with hundreds of competitors, compete in tournaments against the best warriors in the land.

Whether you’re a regular or looking to join your first ever event, you’ve come to the right place. Winter War is the premier foam fighting event in the South for people of all ages and from all walks of life.

​With a growing team of organizers, dedicated units for weapons check, scenarios, tournaments, and entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights, Winter War is looking to be bigger and even better every year!

Event Waiver:

In consideration of receiving permission from The Winter Wars Medieval Re-creation Society to participate as a member of the The Winter Wars and to participate in any activity, event, tournament, contest or meeting that The Winter Wars participates, sponsors, attends, or supervises, the Undersigned releases The Winter Wars and Dalwhinnie Fields, the Dalwhinnie Fields, the owner of any premises where any The Winter Wars activity, event, tournament, contest or meeting occurs, and any other member of the The Winter Wars, individually, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Undersigned, or any property of the Undersigned, while participating in any activity, event, tournament, contest or meeting that Belegarth The Winter Wars participates, sponsors, attends or supervises.

The Undersigned being duly aware of the risks and hazards inherent upon participating in any activity, event, tournament, contest or meeting of the The Winter Wars, elects voluntarily to participate, knowing that participation requires physical contact by others to the person of the Undersigned and knowing that such participation may become hazardous and dangerous during the time that the Undersigned voluntarily assumes all risks of loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Undersigned, or any property of the Undersigned while participating in any activity, event, tournament, contest, or meeting that the The Winter Wars participates, sponsors, attends or supervises.

This release shall be binding upon the distributees, heirs, next of kin, executors and administrators of the Undersigned.

In purchasing a ticket foregoing release, the purchaser acknowledges and represents:

That HE/SHE/THEY has read the above release, understands it, and agrees voluntarily;

That HE/SHE/THEY is over 18 years of age and of sound mind;

purchaser represents that he or she has no physical or mental defects known to the purchaser and unknown to the appropriate representative of the The Winter Wars that would endanger or harm the purchaser while participating in any activity, event, tournament, contest or meeting that the The Winter Wars participates, sponsors, attends, or supervises.
