  From Scrapper: This is certainly an honor to have the opportunity to do a show about my great grandfather who was owned by the Campbell family. This is a portrayal of John Broady (monologue) as I attempt to share with others what he may thought about his life as a slave. 

For those of you who don't know about John Broady/Broddy, he is a major reason we now know so much about the Battle of Kings Mountain. Come hear the story of John Broady!

Bob Watkins, the Director of the Lincoln Theater and Scrapper have been working to put this together. They have asked several organizations, including the General William Campbell Chapter of the SAR, Blacks Fort DAR and the OVTA to help get the word out so invite lots of people!
