Joining the event will be Michael Powell and Shawn Bain. Sargent Michael N. Powell served with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office for over 32 years; Captain Shawn Bain retired after serving over 29 years with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.

The target audience will be parents, teachers, social workers, pastors, youth leaders, community partners, and other adults with a connection to children.
