Qoya is a soulful movement practice designed to reconnect body, mind, and spirit. Through a blend of gentle movement, breathwork, music, and intention, this class invites you to drop out of the mind and into the wisdom of the body. Qoya reminds us of what we already know: that we are wise, wild, and free.

What to Expect
Movement set to music in a supportive, judgment-free space
Breathwork and intention setting
Space for self-reflection, playfulness, and expression
A practice that builds resilience and connection to self
No dance experience is needed—just come as you are.
Open to all body types, abilities, and spiritual backgrounds

Faciliator Deb Peters, PhD, is a licensed psychologist who also offers psychotherapy. spiritual companionship, dreamwork, ceremony, reiki, retreats and Qoya through her practice, Authentic Connection, LLC.
