 Wed, May 6: Indoor Pool Swim • 6:30 -7:30 PM •  Kennedy High School

 Thu, May 7: Outdoor Track Run • 6:00 PM • Indian Creek Elementary

 Fri, May 8: Bike Time Trial • 6:00 PM • Waldo’s Rock Park

Sat, May 9: 
 • Indoor Pool Swim • 6:00-7:00 AM•  Washington High School
 • Bike • 8:30 AM • Cedar Valley Nature Trailhead (CVNT) at Boyson Rd. Out & back at your own pace but still be part of the group by seeing everyone on course
 • Transition Talk • 11:30 AM • Regroup at CVNT (Boyson Rd)
 • Team Dinner • 6:00 PM • Barrel House (Marion). Significant others are also welcome to attend!

Sun, May 10: Long Run • 8:30 AM • Cedar Lake Trailhead, near Sag Wagon. Loops around the lake at your own pace!
