Meet Author Kevin Henkes

Celebrate National Reading Month with a visit from author Kevin Henkes.

Henkes is a #1 New York Times bestseller, who has been awarded numerous honors, including the Caldecott Medal, two Caldecott Honors, two Newbery Honors, two Geisel Honors, the Children's Literature Lecture Award, and the Children's Literature Legacy Award.

His newest picture book, Is It Spring?, will be given to kids in attendance that evening, and to families visiting the library through the rest of March, while supplies last.

This event is made possible thanks to a generous donation in honor of Pat Scharer's ongoing dedication to literacy, and a grant from Mid-Ohio Energy Cooperative's Operation Round Up Foundation.
