???: All ladies are welcome here. We’re everyday women simply doing what we can, when we can—together.

?????: Yoga mat & water. Blocks/strap optional. We have a few to loan on a first-come basis. Wear comfy movement clothes; class is barefoot.

????: Donation of $8/class (cash) helps sustain this community fitness ministry. Minor girls are free with mom/guardian.
