𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓: A no-judgement movement zone in which you'll build flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina with flowing postures & static holds. Open levels; no experience required. There is a focus on beginner-intermediate movements. Alexis is a certified YogaFaith Trainer.

𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄: The sanctuary at Community of Faith Church 5208 Meadowland Pkwy Marion. Just south of the Route 13 & 148 intersection.
𝐖𝐇𝐎: All ladies are invited to join this community-based fitness offering. We’re just real women doing what we can, when we can.
𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆/𝐖𝐄𝐀𝐑: A yoga mat and water are the most important. Yoga blocks & a strap can be helpful, but most do not have those items at first. We have extras items for loan during class on a first-come-first-served basis. Wear clothing that is comfortable to move around in. To avoid slipping, class is done barefoot on a mat.

𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐌𝐔𝐂𝐇?: This fitness ministry is designed to make quality classes accessible to everyone, which is why we offer them at a donation-based-suggestion that's well below market value. To keep classes going and open to all, your support is critical. The current donation of $7/class (cash only) helps to sustain this ministry and ensures that wellness remains available to all ladies in our community. Minor girls are free with mom/legal guardian.
