Free athletics physicals for MCS students

Marion High School will be offering athletic physicals free to any Marion Community Schools student this spring.

Physicals will start on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 5:30 p.m. July 30, at the high school. Entrance will be at the main front door of the high school (Door 1).

Any incoming 5th- through 12th-grader who plans to participate in school sports in the 2025-26 school year must have physical forms on file with the school before the sports season begins.

The required forms can be printed from here: https://marion-in.finalforms.com. Parent signature is required. We encourage those interested to have all but the physical form completed before arriving on July 30 — which will allow you to skip a portion of the line! However, if you cannot print and complete the forms ahead of time, we will have copies available onsite.
