We are excited to have you join us for our Christmas Craft Fair! Please review the information below to help make setup and the event run smoothly.

Vendor Fee
Booth Fee: $15 per 10x10 booth space. Fee may be cash or Venmo. Make payment arrangements with Johnny Black (756) 603-9100

Each vendor is responsible for bringing any additional tables, chairs, displays, or supplies they may need unless otherwise noted. Church may provide one table per vendor to borrow for the day. Folding chairs are available if needed. 

📅 Setup/Tear down

-Vendor Setup Time: 8:00–10:00 AM
Please arrive during this time to set up your table and display. Vendors may unload and load at the gym doors on 10th Street side. Signs will be out. Vendors should be completely set up and ready before the event begins. Electric outlets available. Vendors must bring their own extension cords/power strips. 
-Tear Down: 4:00-6:00
Vendors are responsible for packing up their belongings and cleaning their space at the end of the event. Church can dispose of your trash.

 🎁 During the Event

-Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, money/change, and sales.
-Please keep your area neat and welcoming throughout the event.

✝️ Vendor Guidelines

To help maintain a welcoming, family-friendly environment, all merchandise and products sold at the Christmas Craft Fair must be appropriate for a church-sponsored event and suitable for all ages. The event organizers reserve the right to ask that any item deemed inappropriate not be displayed or sold.

Registration: Must call and register with Johnny Black (756) 603-9100 by no later than Saturday, October 24th by 3:00 p.m. Please be prepared to give the following information when you register: 

Name
Business/craft name
Contact information
What they will be selling
Number of tables needed
Electricity needed (yes/no)

Cancellation: If you are unable to attend, please notify the event organizers as soon as possible. The $15 vendor fee is nonrefundable.
