Chair Yoga with Tammy

Are you interesting in learning yoga, but have some mobility restrictions or struggle with regular yoga? Consider giving chair yoga a try.

Chair yoga uses a chair for seated and some standing positions. This beginner-level class with Tammy Bayer is a great way to learn yoga for those who are new to it, have physical limitations, or simply find regular mat yoga challenging.
