3RD ANNUAL PFTP at Center Stage Dance Factory

Beyond blessed to be able to host the 3rd annual PFTP!

Join me and other POUND Pros while we lead an exhilarating workout, that will have you leaving feeling fierce.

A little background for this event. In 2019 I left a extremely abusive relationship. Soon after I discovered this empowering workout called POUND. For the first time in a long time i felt alive and no longer living in fear. Turning Point was there for me and are there for so many individuals in need. I wanted to find a way to share my story and give back to the shelter. From that POUND for Turning Point was started.


All proceeds raised from the fee for the class, will 100 % go to the Turning Point domestic violence shelter.

There will raffles, silent auction, shirts sales, vendors on site and so much more!!
