If you are new to yoga or it’s been a while then this is for you. This carefully structured program will give you a solid foundation of the basics in preparation for regular classes. Courses are 5 weeks in duration with 60 min classes held weekly.
By the end of the course you will feel confident to jump into any of the other classes on the timetable and have a simple but powerful home practice regime.
The beginner course is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Empower yourself. Once you learn the basics, yoga is your friend for life. You can practice anywhere and anytime to keep yourself feeling balanced, energised and relaxed.
