Polar Express/Presents/Suprise"Guests" Event for Kinship/Foster Care/Adoptive/Guardianship Families

Come Join in Saturday, December 13th, 2025, from 10a-1p to watch Polar Express free of charge at the Mariner Theatre.

Each child will be provided a Popcorn, Drink, and Candy- Free of Charge. Concessions otherwise are on your own.

This event is a chance for all families who are raising children that are not their biological children to attend an event with children and families who may be experiencing like situations.

Who's Invited? - All Kinship, Foster care, Adoptive, Guardianship, DPOA families...and more (if you're raising a child that isn’t yours, you and the family are invited!) (We will be reaching out to each family individually to obtain demographics and documentation showing placement)

We are also encouraging this event to help families make connections (if you want) with other families in our local area who you could use as a support system/respite in times of need.

Seating is limited to 218 people so RSVP is required We encourage you to bring your ENTIRE family to this event and let us know how many kids as all children will leave with a Christmas Present. (Also encouraged is parenting time/sibling visits etc.!)

Special guests' appearances may occur by some pretty cool folks. Currently, we have the GRINCH, SANTA, MRS. CLAUSE, and ELVES on standby. (Others may follow)

You will also have the opportunity to get photos taken at this time, so make sure you have your smartphone/camera ready... We also will have a professional photographer present and is donating her time to taking photos!

Don't forget to leave the event with a hot coca and a sweet treat!

Like years prior, we are anticipating filling the theatre and are confident that everyone has a great time.

If you are planning on attending, please RSVP no later than 12/1/2025 with how many in your party, and the ages/gender of the children.
