Having always been very sensitive in mind and body, she experienced anxiety issues since childhood, as well as depression and a mystery autoimmune condition (which has since disappeared), leading her on a journey into the healing arts.Having been sober since 2017 from all drugs and alcohol, she searched for non-chemical ways to bring peace and calm to her body, mind, and nervous system, and in doing so, found her true passion and calling. She is also trained and certified in nutrition, EFT/tapping, breathwork, and NLP.Her main goal is to help people realize and reconnect with their inner resources—their own healing power and divinity (whatever form that may take for them)—that is already innately within them and always has been, increasing that awareness.
