Restorative Sound Healing JourneyWe’ll close with a deeply grounding sound immersion led by Katie Hutsel and Cyndi Barker-Kunkel. Crystal bowls and sacred sound will gently guide your body and energy into integration — calming the mind, harmonizing the nervous system, and anchoring you into the balanced, expansive energy of spring.WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, anything to create a comfortable laying down experience.
