Good sleep is everything. Studies show that getting a full night of sleep can:

On this evening, a crew of musicians will tend the sonic fire, and keep you bathed in LIVE organic and healing drones, all night long ❤️

You'll fall asleep faster, experience deep sleep and fully relax.

Timeline

9:30pm arrival
Tea will be served; connect with other attendees and set up your cozy spot.

10:30pm opening circle, and then we start the sound bath

7:30am we invite everyone awake
Coffee, tea and fruit, cheese and muffins are served. Primal Moves will have avocado toast & lattes for sale.

At 8:30am we do need to pack up and leave.
