WHO MAY APPLY
Graduate students (Master’s and Doctoral) who meet ALL of the following requirements:
a. Completion of Academic Coursework
All academic coursework must be completed, as evidenced by issued grades.
If your student portal shows “No Grade Yet (NGY)” for courses from previous semesters, please contact Ms. Regine using the contact details below to verify that your professor has submitted the grade matrix.
Note: When grades are not encoded on time, the system automatically reflects an NGY. Students without officially issued grades will NOT be allowed to take the comprehensive examination.
b. Settlement of Accounts
All outstanding balances from previous semesters must be fully paid (tuition, miscellaneous fees, etc.), as evidenced by official receipts.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES
1. Log in to your Student Portal.
If you are unable to log in because you were not enrolled during 2nd Semester AY 2025–2026, you must reactivate your portal by filing a Return from Absence (RFA) at the graduate school office.
2. Click the “Application” tab and select “WCE.”
3. Read and understand the Criteria and Notice, then click “Apply for Comprehensive Exam.”
4. Select your application type, then click “Fill-Out My Curriculum.”
5. Carefully read the instructions before completing the curriculum.
6. Click “Save as Draft” to save your progress.
Once completed, click “Submit Curriculum.”
7. Upon approval by the evaluator, download and complete the Order of Payment form.

Examination Fees:
Php 2,400.00 – Master’s
Php 3,850.00 – Doctorate

8. Proceed to PLMar SSS Campus and present the Order of Payment to the Cashier.
Cashier’s Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (except holidays)
If payment will be made through a proxy, please provide a letter of authorization and photocopies of valid IDs (one for the student and one for the proxy).
9. Proceed to the Accounting Office to have your Official Receipt (OR) encoded.
10. Scan and upload the Official Receipt (JPEG or PDF format) by clicking “Upload Compre Fee” in your student portal.
11. Select your file and click “Upload,” then click “Submit Official Receipt.”
12. Wait for the final approval from the Graduate School Office.
