Move, sweat, & connect with us during a full-body fitness challenge led by lululemon ambassador, Scarlet Stoker. This event is intended to benefit Mostly Mutts animal rescue & bring connection for a cause to East Cobb!
You can expect bear crawls, jumps, lunges and running. Scarlet & crew will be ready to provide modifications as needed. DJ Hofsauce will be live to keep the energy high! Following the challenge, yoga instructor, Kristyn McGeehan, will lead us through a cool down.
Check in at the stage in the Plaza in the Avenue at 8:30 AM to get connected, donate to the cause, and enjoy surprises from lululemon & other local businesses. Warmup begins at 9 AM & the event will wrap around 11 AM. Participants will have the opportunity to pick up a special gift in-store at lululemon, while supplies last.
