This is a mini - retreat focused on the bounty of summer's longest days, where you greet the sun and immerse in the warming waters. It is a time to rejuvenate and bring life balance while you find deep settling relaxation. It is a time to harness the power of the sun to recalibrate your energetic wellness and celebrate the light within you.

IN POOL EXPERIENCE: seated immersed style pool float provided, this is a blow up tube and mesh style float, this option means you are submerged in the water to about your midsection/chest. 

POOL-SIDE EXPERIENCE: Sit or lay along the edge of the pool or poolside area. Single mat provided.
