Skye uses a mix of ambient instruments and vocals to help you attune to the moment and relax your nervous system.

Please bring what you need to be comfortable (mat, blanket, etc). We have a selection of chairs, yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets and eye pillows, but your own gear may suit you best! Layers are encouraged.
