?JULY 18TH AT THE COBB CIVIC CENTER (9 am - 2 pm) Stop by to drop off your donations and enjoy some family-fun including:  ⬇️⬇️

? Look inside a Cobb County Police Department patrol car & meet a Police Officer.

?‍? Meet "Rose" the Comfort Dog. Stop by to meet Rose and her wonderful handler, Angela. Rose loves meeting new friends, so be sure to say hello and snap a photo!

♻️ FREE Recycling! Keep Cobb Beautiful will be helping us manage our waste & will be accepting recycling from the public. Bring your new donations and your flattened cardboard, plastics, aluminum cans, food grade glass bottle/jars and hard to recycle plastics in the orange Hefty bag.

?Enjoy DJ Meltron who will be entertaining our donors and volunteers with his good vibes and big smiles!

100% of every donation received through July 18 is used to purchase backpacks and school supplies for local students.

The 6th Annual "Backing the Need" Backpack & School Supply Drive is hosted by KIDS CARE & the Cobb County Police Department.  

We are in partnership with 20 local businesses this year and are grateful for the community-wide effort to ensure Cobb County students start the school year with the learning tools they need. Donations received will be gifted to locally established nonprofits serving youth in need.

Since 2021, this community effort has provided 3,084 backpacks to local students in need.
