- **Event Description**: The Kiwanis Club of Marietta will be building the flags that will be flown at Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park in honor of the 25th Anniversary of the September 11th attacks on Saturday June 13th  This is your chance to volunteer and assist in building those flags so you have a part in this very moving tribute to those lost on that day.  There will be two more dates for flag construction announced in the future.
 
Date:  Saturday June 13th
Time: 9:00 a.m. to noon (drop in or stay the entire time)
Where: Field of Flags Warehouse - 462 Roswell Street Marietta, Ga 30060 (next door to O’Dell Hungerford Blanchard and Booth law firm)
Who:  Kiwanis members, family, friends, community volunteers
Other: Drinks and snacks will be available.  Restrooms available next door at OHBB law firm.  Wear attire suitable for a work day and closed toed shoes.
Things to bring: Work gloves
Parking:  Parking available next door at OHBB (O’Dell Hungerford Blanchard and Booth ) 506 Roswell Street Marietta, GA 30066
