Word of the Year Gathering

The “Word of the Year” is a personal guiding word that individuals select to shape their intentions and actions over a calendar year. This practice works by providing a focal point for personal development, helping individuals align their daily activities and decisions with their broader goals. By choosing a specific word, people focus their efforts on cultivating qualities or achieving objectives that are encapsulated by that word. This can add clarity, motivation, and a sense of purpose to one’s life, making it easier to achieve personal growth and fulfillment.

We will meet on the third Tuesday each month with snacks and community to learn and share about our journeys. You do not have to attend each month. This group will be supportive and inclusive.
