Discover local experts, enjoy family-friendly activities, and connect with over 60 participating vendors offering insights, inspiration, and tools to help you thrive. There’s something for everyone, from kids’ inflatables to personalized interactions with professionals across a variety of wellness fields.
Cincinnati Sports Club, along with their partners at TriHealth and Beacon Orthopedics, are hosting Well-Being Day on Saturday, March 7 from 10am-2pm. The entire community is invited to attend this free, annual event and connect directly with local experts on all things related to well-being.

According to Cincinnati Sports Club General Manager Sean McClain, “We invite the community to come inside for a fun-filled day of discovery, fun, and learning for all ages. This free event is a chance to explore how you can invest in your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being, all in one convenient neighborhood location. More than 60partnering community professionals and retailers will be on site, offering insights, inspiration and tools to help you and your family thrive. There is something for everyone, from kids inflatables to personalized interactions with professionals across a variety of wellness fields.”
A sampling of the day’s activities include:
-Interactive kids activities, including giant inflatables, kids fit course and face painting
-One-on-one conversations with professional experts
-Local retailers sharing product samplings and promotions
-Information on summer camps and programs
-Raffles and prizes
The Club’s 2026 capital improvements will include:
-A major racquet expansion
•The addition of 2 outdoor covered Padel courts (mMaking Cincinnati Sports Club one of only two clubs in Greater Cincinnati to offer this increasingly popular racquet sport, the first to offer outdoor covered courts.)
•The addition of 2 new outdoor Pickleball courts (bBringing the total number of outdoor courts to 13 – with 6 Pickleball courts, 3 Tennis courts 2 Paddleball courts and 2 Padel courts.)
•Doubling the size of the outdoor Community Racquet Hut, which was designed to be an enhanced indoor/outdoor space to gather, spectate, and celebrate a good match. This enlarged space is yet another way that the Club brings about more play, more energy and more connection for members in the great outdoors.
Additional enhancements planned for the Club in 2026 will include:
• Complimentary Pilates Reformer group exercise classes with schedule expanded to 44 classes per week.
• Fee-based Red Light Therapy
• An expanded and upgraded Fitness Workout Area
• New selectorized weight training equipment
• Increasing the number of Group Exercise Classes to 200 free classes per week
The Club’s 2025 capital improvements included:
•A new adult lounge, featuring a full-service barista and smoothie counter, cocktail bar, pickleball viewing area and premium wine lockers.
•Renovating the outdoor pool main restrooms.
•Upgrading the Club Management Software and member online app experience.
•Resurfacing the lighted outdoor tennis and Pickleball courts with new Pro Cushion technology.
•The addition of nail services and master barber to the full-service Tonics Spa & Salon.
•43 new pieces of strength training and cardio equipment purchased in 2025.
