This offering is born from fourteen years of friendship between Areti and Haley - two soul sisters walking the path of presence, ceremony, deep connection to nature, stillness & remembrance. The ones who have journeyed through times of love, loss, births & deaths, proximity and distance to now abide in what feels like such a nourishing soul aligned friendship. Together they weave a space that feels both ancient and familiar: a sanctuary for your nervous system, a homecoming for your soul. Haley will guide 90 minutes of gentle conscious connected breathwork, including mindfulness meditation and live sound healing, Areti will facilitate a silent tea ceremony. We offer lots of space for gentle reflection, as we journey inward - from doing to being, from story to silence, from effort to ease. Let this be your exhale before the festive season.
