Do I have to swim & gym?
You are not obligated to do both; you can interchange or come and see how you feel on the day.


Why do you mention carers in your advertising?
This is to ensure that anyone attending can bring a support person, and that they will be welcomed.


Who can attend these sessions?
This pilot is open to those who identify as women. We want to support anyone who doesn’t feel included in gaining opportunities through our connections with Margate Community Dips, Queer Swim, and the Trans club, who currently run excellent swim programs.


Do I need to know how to swim to attend?
Yes, unfortunately, this is not a swimming lesson program.
