Inner Child - Healing Weekend

Welcome to this 2-day workshop – Inner Child (Ages 10–15).

Here we gently meet the part of you that was no longer a child, and not yet an adult… the part who was changing, stretching, trying to belong, and often felt confused or unseen.

Between the ages of 10 and 15 so much happens:

• the body begins to change
• hormones arrive and emotions intensify
• identity starts forming
• friendships and belonging feel essential
• the need to be liked appears
• boundaries begin to be tested
• we want independence but still need safety

For many, this was also a time of:

• feeling misunderstood
• loneliness or pressure
• comparison with others
• being told to “be strong” or “grow up”
• carrying responsibilities too early

In this weekend, we meet these parts with love.

You will reconnect with the younger you who felt hurt, pushed aside, overwhelmed, or unseen. We will soften self-criticism, open space for self-acceptance, and release beliefs that still live in the nervous system today.

This is a deep but gentle healing space where you can finally say:

“I'm here for you now.”

During these 2 days we will:

• meet and heal parts of your younger self
• release shame and old emotional weight
• reconnect with your natural confidence and creativity
• restore your sense of belonging
• soften survival strategies formed at that age
• open space for self-expression and being truly seen

We will work through layers that block:

• feeling “good enough”
• being able to say no
• being yourself without fear
• allowing joy and playfulness

There will be:

• guided healing journeys
• shamanic drum work
• Family Constellations
• sound healing and integration
• soul work and inner reconnection
• sharing and meaningful conversations
• gentle movement and grounding practices

You will also receive a follow-up online group Zoom integration session a few weeks later, so you are not left alone with what opens.

A WhatsApp group will support you across the process and be here for us starting a couple of weeks before the retreat.

This retreat is for you if:

• you feel something from that age still lives inside you
• teenage years were confusing, painful, or overwhelming
• you struggle with self-worth, belonging, or boundaries now
• you want to reconnect to your inner spark again
• you’re ready for loving, deep inner work in safe space
• min age 18

No previous healing experience needed.
Just willingness to meet yourself gently.

Saturday 7th March- start at 10 am - please get to the place from 9:30 am to settle and make yourself tea.

90 minutes lunch break around 1pm , depending on the progress of workshop.

7 pm - planned finish time.

Sunday 8 th of March - Start at 9:30 am - Finishing time planned for 5:30 pm

(1 hour lunch break in the house - included)

Please allow some spare time in case we run a bit over.

This healing weekend also includes a free 90-minute online integration session within 3–4 weeks after the retreat. We’ll share how we’ve been, process anything that surfaced, and continue the healing with meditation, practices, and community support.

Because healing doesn’t end when you leave the space—I truly care how you integrate and move forward.
