Adriana loves to share her passion for yoga and sound healing by guiding people on their own Yoga journey uniting the body, mind and spirit. You will leave Adriana's sessions feeling relaxed with an enhanced sense of well-being. Charlotte Ward - Hatha Yoga and Massage Therapist. Charlotte's teaching style has a beautiful flow. With her gentle and relaxing voice you will be guided seamlessly through an hour of mindful Yoga, stretching and relaxation. Charlotte is also a fully qualified Holistic Massage Therapist and will be providing massages for our guests. Pauline Ward - Pilates. Pauline has a natural ability to ensure all participants feel at ease and are given individual attention, encouragement and correction with their exercise technique.
