This is your invitation to gather rest, receive and reset your entire nervous system.

Join us for a deeply nourishing 3.5hour Restorative Yoga Day Retreat at Lovelight Temple in Margate.

A sacred space for women only, to soften, unwind and come home to themselves.

Together, we will slow the pace and gently tend to the nervous system through supported restorative yoga, guided rest, breath awareness, and quiet reflection.

With the body fully held and supported, we allow layers of tension, fatigue, and emotional weight to begin to melt away, without force, without effort.

There is something profoundly healing about women gathering in stillness.

When we rest together, we remember that we are not alone.

When we soften together, the body feels safe to release and a deeper kind of healing begins.

This is not about doing more.

This is about receiving and being held in a safe supportive environment.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and reconnected, with a softened heart and inner peace.

Sunday 3rd May | 2:00–5:30pm

Venue: Lovelight Temple, Margate.

A light Vegetarian Supper will be served also to nourish our being.

All props are supplied,

feel free to bring extras props if you feel called for added comfort and support.

Please wear comfortable clothing.

PLEASE BRING:

A light throw blanket for added comfort.

Eye pillow if you have one

A full water bottle.

A journal & pen.
