In this class we will learn about herbal honey infusions and preparations. Discussion will include from the history to the science. Learn about how honey is part of basic apitherapy and create delicious culinary delights that will not only sweeten your days but also benefit your immune system and overall health. We will make and prepare 2 take home infusions to enjoy later or to give as a gift of good health this holiday. Sample from a variety of honeys and honey products.
