And I knew that meeting it with more force, more certainty, or more division wasn’t the answer. The only real response I know is the energy and intelligence of love. Not as an idea or a sentiment, but as something that can be held, trained, and lived, even in murky or difficult waters. Calibrating Love was born from that knowing and the need for it. This is a heart calibration practice, created to help us return again and again to the field of love within ourselves, with those close to us, and with the wider world. The practice draws on the Buddhist Four Aspects of Love (the Brahmavihāras) and weaves them somatically and energetically into the body and heart. We don’t work conceptually. We work experientially through breath, sound, stillness, and direct heart awareness. One of my teachers once shared that a single person stabilised in the field of love can override the hardness of a thousand. Love, held coherently, becomes both protection and contribution. There is no need to stay armoured or locked in battle. This is not a discussion. This is not therapy. It is a sonic and somatic gateway a heart-led experience that blends wisdom streams from Buddhism and Hinduism, held inside a deeply immersive soundscape. The music is written specifically for this practice. For the heart, for coherence, for field opening. Guy has spent years refining his craft, studying sound, frequency, rhythm, and the nervous system, and working closely with others in this space to create sonic landscapes that are precise, intentional, and alive.
