In this session we look at HOW to really start putting ourself first. O = Organisation - Self-care isn’t just bubble baths — it’s about being organised in your body, life, schedule and home. In this session we get strategies on the HOW of being more organised in every area of our life. N = Nourish Body, Mind & Soul - True self-care comes from nourishing all parts of ourselves — nutritious food, joyful movement, rest, uplifting thoughts, and soulful practices. E = Emotions - Self-care means allowing yourself to feel. Avoiding or suppressing emotions creates stress; embracing them builds resilience and authenticity. This session workshops how to guide our emotions to work for us. S = Speak Your Truth - Self-care requires healthy boundaries and authentic communication. When you say yes while meaning no, you drain your energy. Speaking your truth is radical self-respect. This session is about honing our communications skills to ensure we are living our truth. T = Time for You - Rest and space are not luxuries, they are necessities. Self-care means scheduling time for yourself without guilt. In this session we plan what we need to put in placr for ourself to ensure more ‘YOU TIME’. Y = You Matter - Often we take care of everyone else’s happiness and forget our own.
