Join me for a gentle, soulful, and deeply nourishing day exploring how energy works within and around us and how we can use it to support our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

Together, we will:
• Learn about the chakras and the auric field
• Discover how to sense when energy is blocked or imbalanced
• Explore how our energetic state influences our emotions, health & clarity
• Learn how to use a pendulum to read and understand energy
• Practice simple yet profound healing techniques you can use for yourself and others
• Give and receive healing in a kind, supportive environment

This day is open to complete beginners, the simply curious, and those already trained in Reiki or other healing methods who would like to refresh or deepen their practice.

It also serves as a beautiful introduction before beginning Reiki training. If you’ve wondered whether Reiki or energy healing is something you’d like to pursue further, this day offers a grounded, real, embodied experience so you can truly feel if it resonates for you.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and empowered with new tools to support your own wellbeing and energetic balance.
