Your Next Chapter

Your Next Chapter is a gentle, safe way of exploring positive ways of talking about yourself. Useful if you're working on confidence building. Helpful in reducing anxiety when meeting and talking to new people or doing interviews. We use words, discussion and painting of Russian Dolls which you get to keep and take home. This training is Digital Badge certified and free thanks to funding from Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority Skills and Employment.
