A huge transformational year for us all.
I believe there is no better way to say thank-you for showing up for yourselves; whether it have been at my Yoga Bali Retreat, Wednesday Yin, Sunday VinYin or simply the gesture of a message or coffee catchups! 

I’d like to celebrate you all, for without Yogis my in person yoga practices do not exist! 

The Yoga session is on me:

Soul Nook Cafe and Gifts will be open if you’d like to purchase a Coffee and/or cake and stay for connection, community and conversations afterwards!
