The Summer Solstice invites us to pause and honor the light — both around us and within us. As we welcome the energy of the new season, we gather in reflection, renewal, and connection through the healing power of sound and energy.

Together, we’ll journey inward through meditation, sacred sound, and gentle Reiki healing. Everything is vibration. Everything is energy. As the sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, bells, and other magical instruments wash over you, Reiki energy will be offered throughout the experience to encourage deep relaxation, balance, and restoration.

This immersive sound bath is an invitation to release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner light, and align with the expansive energy of the Summer Solstice. Leave feeling grounded, restored, and renewed in mind, body, and spirit.

ABOUT LISA:
Lisa’s lifelong connection to music began in childhood through classical piano training, choir, and early exposure to opera and live performance. Her spiritual path through music deepened during her Bat Mitzvah studies, where she discovered the beauty and meditative rhythm of sacred chanting.

In 2016, Lisa was introduced to sound healing through quartz crystal singing bowls and immediately felt called to share their transformative vibrations with others. This experience inspired the creation of her practice, Sound Healing for the Soul, where she combines sacred sound, meditation, and energy work to support healing and connection.

Lisa’s love of kirtan began at Kripalu in 2009 and blossomed into a dedicated spiritual practice in later years. She is the co-founder of the kirtan band Nada Brahma with her partner, Kāmpa Vashi Deva, and has shared music alongside respected devotional artists including Lee Mirabai Harrington, Mirabai Moon, Ananti Devi, Sagit Zilberman, Mirabai Devi, and Shubalananda Saraswati.

ABOUT PEYTON:

Peyton was born to be a creative spirit, embracing a life of intuition, artistry, and authenticity. Along his journey, he has empowered others to live in alignment with their true selves through his teaching, guiding, and art making. Peyton's diverse background in teaching, psychic connection and channeling, Reiki, past life regression hypnotherapy, drama therapy, spirituality, theatre arts, and painting has shaped his unique approach to healing and creativity. His work offers clients not only artistic expression but also deep, transformative experiences that nurture the soul and encourage personal growth.
