Join art historian Matthew Palczynski to examine her iconic career paintings of landscapes, flowers and desert forms, and explore why her beloved works remain so powerful today.

A viewing of the online lecture will be held in the Event Center at Abbot Public Library, followed by a discussion session.

Registration is required and limited to 35. Please register at tinyurl.com/RS-Georgia-OKeeffe. Can't attend in person? Please register for the program or join the Wait List. Everyone who is registered will be sent the recording.

Matthew Palczynski is an art history lecturer, consultant, curator, and educator. With a Ph.D. in art history and a focus on vanguard art after around 1850, he leads programs for academic, corporate, and nonprofit organizations around the world. His talks include those for Renaissance Weekend, Stanford University, The Wharton School, Cunard, and United Airlines. Palczynski is an adjunct senior instructor at The Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia, and has taught at the Tyler School of Art since 2004.
