Sorry for the delay but Simon is on a very long walk in Galicia on the  Camino de Santiago where he is on a charity walk with his friend Janet. Very brave of him and we wish him well.

Yesterday evening my family and myself enjoyed an excellent meal there and I look forward to July 2nd.
