At the beginning, we can be our own harshest critics… but the more we lean into the healing of colour, the more we learn to let go and simply flow.

This morning we created, shared colourful food (Liz outdid even our art �), and somehow covered worm phobias, fear of heights, sharks, yoni steams, past lives and everything in between.

Some of us go quiet. Some chat. Some hum and sing.
But the real theme?
We allow ourselves to just be for a few beautiful hours and recharge. �
