- **Event Description**: Nature Tales programs are geared for youth ages 5-10 years old, older and younger siblings are welcome; must be accompanied by an adult/guardian. Nature tales will be the 3rd Wednesday of the month (besides September will be the 2nd Wednesday) from 10-11AM. 

This year we are adding in an social hour at the end of the program! Feel free to bring a sack lunch, and hang out in the community room or explore inside and outside from 11am- noon.

Registration is REQUIRED each month so we can ensure we have enough staff and materials for programs. To register, email conservation@jacksoncounty.iowa.gov or call 563-652-3783.

October 21- Cave Tour 
November 18- Prairies & Winter seeds 
December 16- Upcycle wrapping paper & tree cookie ornaments 
January 20- Winter exploration 
February 17- Insects 
March 17- Birds 
April 21- Marsh Study
