- **Event Description**: Let's get together to show our love and support for Vicki and Keith (my mom and dad) with a tasty spaghetti lunch and silent auction!  

As many of you know, Vicki has been fighting a battle no one should have to face.  In the spring of 2021, Vicki was diagnosed with one of the rarest, most aggressive forms of uterine cancer.  In July, she underwent surgery to have the cancer removed.  Unfortunately, not all the cancer was caught and she had to begin the difficult journey of chemotherapy and radiation.  

In October 2021, she was able to ring the bell after her final radiation treatment!  In May 2022, after continuing chemotherapy, her scans were clear of cancer.  In October 2022, she got the news that the cancer had returned and was on her lungs.  Ever since then, she has been strong in her fight with undergoing various treatment options, clinical trials, and other medication options.  She recently found out the cancer has also moved to her stomach and has now developed fibrosis on the lungs, making it very difficult for her to breathe, and now heavily relies on oxygen 24/7.

It goes without saying that the cost of travel, overnight stays and meals adds up quickly - especially for two people on a fixed income.  The donations received from this event will go directly to Vicki and Keith as they continue their journey, medical expenses and travels in seeking therapy options and the expenses that come along with it.

Vicki would love to see all your faces, as she doesn't have the opportunity to get out and mingle these days!

This will be held at the Chapman Ridge Runners Snowmobile Club.
